PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data minimisation

SKOPAQ AI PRIVATE LIMITED collects the minimum needed to answer you. We do not build personal profiles, sell data, or run advertising or marketing surveillance, and we set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

This site has one server-side path: a Cloudflare Worker, backed by a Cloudflare D1 database. There is no file upload anywhere on it.

2. What the contact form stores

When you write to us we store what you typed — your name, your email address, and your message. Older submissions may also hold a budget band, from a dropdown the form no longer offers.

The same record also holds three things your browser sends with the request: its User-Agent string, the two-letter country your network request arrived from, and the path on this site you sent the message from. We keep them to tell genuine messages from automated spam, and for nothing else. We do not store your IP address.

Records are held in Cloudflare D1 and are deleted on request.

3. Processing and third parties

The contact form and the site assistant are handled by our own Cloudflare Worker. Assistant messages are sent to a Cloudflare Workers AI model to generate a reply. Bot protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Notification email is sent through Resend.

Nothing you send us is used to train a model.

Our sub-processors, in full, as at 21 August 2026. Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and compute (Workers), the database that stores contact messages (D1), the model that generates assistant replies (Workers AI), and bot protection (Turnstile). Resend — delivery of the notification email raised when a message arrives. There are no others. We will publish any addition here before it starts processing anything.

Separately, and it is worth saying plainly: this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com on every page. That request carries your IP address to Google, as any request to any server does. We send Google nothing about you ourselves, and we set no Google cookie — but the connection happens in your browser and you are entitled to know it does.

4. Regulated and clinical data

SKOPAQ AI PRIVATE LIMITED holds no SOC 2 attestation and makes no claim of HIPAA certification or compliance. Where an engagement involves clinical or otherwise regulated data, the handling, retention and anonymisation requirements are agreed in writing before any data is processed.

5. The site assistant

This site has an assistant that answers questions about our published work. What you type into it is sent to a Cloudflare Workers AI model to generate a reply, and is processed to answer that message.

Conversations are not stored by default. A transcript is retained only when you choose to carry a conversation into the contact form and submit it: the form shows you that the conversation is attached, tells you how many messages it contains, and lets you remove it before sending. Nothing about a conversation reaches our database unless you press send on that form.

A retained transcript is stored alongside the message it accompanied, in Cloudflare D1, and is deleted with it on request.

6. Your controls

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to solutions@skopaq.com. A deletion request covers the message, the three request fields stored with it, and any conversation transcript attached to it.

We will not ask you to justify the request.

7. Questions and grievances

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and raise a grievance about how it has been handled. Write to solutions@skopaq.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. That mailbox is read by a person who can answer on behalf of SKOPAQ AI PRIVATE LIMITED; we acknowledge every message and answer within the period the Act and its Rules allow.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, the Act provides for a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted and accepting complaints.
